    I'm near Lowell and it didn't take much to get stickered. All the safety stuff works. All lights, wipers and washers work. Just need to know a inspector who doesn't care that it is lowered and has some rust. Or you can raise it for inspection. It is on Coilovers. There is no emmissions inspection for it since it is an 88.

    Is the rust so bad that most places would fail it for that?
