Update:

I got bored and decided to just throw the wheels on. The first picture is of the front. It pokes kind of a lot. Hopefully it will settle in once the coilovers go on saturday. The rears look great though and will tuck nicely







Saturday can't come soon enough.. It literally looks like a minivan right now on these 18's

Just wanted to update by saying that the tires I bought are extremely smooth and quiet. I wish I could give tirebuyer.com a hug because 270 shipped was an amazing price for such great tires.

Update

Removed the blue lamin-x. Not the look i was going for. Looked a lot different than I imagined. Ordered some yellow bulbs instead

Sorry guys.

I had to go straight to work after the install. They look decent. Not nearly as low as I wanted. One of the perches got stuck so I couldn't take it any lower. My tires are also too big to be going any lower. I'm rubbing as it is and they are spun way up.

I'll get pictures up when I get home.

Update:

4/1/12

So I'm selling the wheels, and no thats not an april fools joke. The fronts don't fit with 215 tires and instead of trying to find new tires and sell these I'm just going to sell the wheels and find something else to powder coat white.

As you can see in the pictures I'm not very low at all. The rears have plenty of room and they aren't even cambered. There was really no point to dump the rears lower than the front if the fronts weren't going anywhere anyway.

Live and learn.

The Fronts are rubbing? by chance did you do the fender skrew mod? if that doesn't help you could roll/pull the fenders. then you'd definitely be able to go lower.

I didn't do the skrew mod yet but it rubs so bad that I dont even think that would help. Even rolling or pulling my fenders wouldn't do much because i need to clear like another inch just to get the tire in. It looks a lot more extreme in person than it shows in the pictures. Ill probably end up rolling my fenders this week anyway but ill try that skrew mod. thanks for the link

What do you have your coils set at? If they were new they should settle a little lower.

I've got mine set at approx. 5-6 threads all around and I'm at 22.75" on 215/35s.
