First event in our 2800lbs FWD GTI pretty decent results, spring was at 18psi and was too much for 1st gear so spinning alot but regardless for only 2nd time out in a car we just finished im happy. Still not playing with 2 step 11.00 134mph
    1.9 60ft
    4.9 330
    7.4 109mph
    11.00 134mph

got crazy air temps 210F so loosing big power there but still trapping 134mph so that will only get better, get 1.6 1.760ft with lower boost, once those fixed should see mid 10s still stock ECU 2000cc file. Go pro video later.

Thanks to Luis for all the help, since Thursday we had a fire and had to re do some piping that bent from dogbone broke, and the Brazilian creww for all the food and support

looked at last log... not sure how we ran 134mph fuel pressure seems to be dropping and running lean, air temps as said is BAD. tire spin is not even funny, what is funny my motor as NO problem running 9400-10k all day, I love my hydro head.. can't wait again for more testing.

Never tought i would say this, but going slower for now is really fun, Hotrod might be sold too..

Car has low 10s in it for sure, with the 62, I think 8s are possible on an outlaw style car too, which would be a way bigger deal then doing it in a hot rod car. Your next project should be interesting.

I like the direction you are headed in street class car over hotrod any day. You might go slightly slower (maybe not) but you will have much more fun.

I believe Marc made a heat shield for it. Actually, I was at the shop when he was making it. You can kind of make it out in the pic.

That Van is the Core of the Team, goes wherever we need to go, does not complain, extremely reliable in cold or Hot weather, does consume a bit, but so do I and always happy to go on Road trips love that Van.

you will see it again this year when i go to WF and WCF
