    Does this include the Mic? and is it compatible with all newer bluetooth modules?

    no on the mic but it does have the wiring to connect to it in the overhead console. The actual cable on the mic itself is less than a foot long and it connects to the wiring on this harness. According to carsystems.pl it is fully compatible with all the newer bt modules.
