I've been having problems with my Tapatalk for about 10 days now. It works for all websites/forums except vortex. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas why vortex is the only one that won't work?

when I click on Vortex, it gets stuck on the "loading" screen and then it says something like:

Hard reset your phone.
If that doesn't work, delete your login to Vortex and then relogin through Tapatalk.
