there is a campground at the venue for those who wish to enjoy the great outdoors!



its a short haul from the rest of us ( you wont want to walk it - it will take a bit )- but next to the dam and pretty neat. I think they were like $20 a night for a spot. Its also right across from the sound off spot

I'll try and get a list at the end of the week on who has registered so far from Kieran at LBR, I don't have direct access to the registration site but I will let you know, I'd imagine you're all set if the transaction went through.

Just my 2 cents as a concerned citizen. I used to drive from Frederick/ Hagerstown MD off 70 and 81 up threw PA or NJ on my way to Connecticut. U will really thank me if you take the Tappan Zee as apposed to the GWB not only for the amount of traffic but the roads are UTTER DISASTER on 95, N or S.

Althoguth u will be leaving on a Thursday, I warn you that traffic is a SOB around 4-6 coming from BMORE West towards Frederick when everyone gets back out of work.

I would deff be dialed in to the Traffic channell and keep an eye out. Once yur on 81 it should be smooth sailing, haha

Yeah I hear ya, I've done the GWB and Tappan Zee quite a bit, sat in traffic for 3 hours one night around 7pm to get back over the GWB

In fact, the fuel pump in my R decided to fail in traffic about 1 mile before the GWB on my drive to Chicago, so I especially hate that bridge. Took 9 hours just to be towed over the bridge as the nearest dealer was on the Jersey side, and AAA cannot legally operate on that stretch of I-95, but they are the only ones that will go across

We will probably take the GWB down, it will be relatively smooth sailing on a thursday at like 530-600am, and will monitor on Sunday night on the way home. Probably won't hit the bridge until 9-10pm coming back but that could be terrible timing as well.

yeah well thats true. last time i took 95 some asshat broke down 1/4 mile off the GWB Northbound on the NY side. traffic was backed up for 12 miles into Jersey. SOOOOO pissed haha
