    1997 Jetta GT Needs reverse idler replaced(I have the parts)

    All the details are on there, except for I have the parts to fix the reverse idler, I just don't have the tools to do it myself so I'm trying to sell it cheap, has a brand new valve cover gasket also.

    I'll sell it for $800 with out the parts if you want it.

    It has 4-lug wheels, so it would have to have been converted and I am sure the seller would have mentioned that.

    yeah, that's what I was going off of.

    are these cars any fun to drive without a vr6? I'm trying to get my girlfriend out of her dodge neon which is extremely slow and no fun at all. she really wants a mk3 jetta.

    Should be a solid car, seems like a decent price. Will probably need some TLC and work though! chicks usually don't go for that...

    I need this car gone, just got offered another. If someone wants it come get it for $800, you get a car that drives, and has a/c for that.
