How did you like the CVP setup? Did you see the gains expected from it?

I always wondered if it delivered as promised but could never get a real answer about it

Can't wait to see the 20th build out

I guess we all have our taste for wheel color ...

What I find most interesting about VMR bronze is that in the sun its bronze, the shade people think its gunmetal and at night everyone things its matte black.

    I like the dexterity.

Ok, so I do have a ton of pics of a bunch of stuff.

Is there anything in particular people want to see?

The engine is probably going back into the car hopefully tomorrow so this is the best chance for specific requests!

Maybe just take a picture from each of the four sides? Try to fill the picture with the engine.

We make everything we possibly can in house. Foundry work, is one of the only tasks handled off site for obvious reasons. But most of it is Canadian made, right in our building.

The Water pump is a Meizere, very high flow pump. The water/Air intercooler is located in the intake manifold, and is custom made for the application.

Yes there are a LOT of parts to going FI properly. This should show people the difference between our kit, and a lot of others out there that provide the 'basics'

We give you everything down to the zip ties.

Marcel, we need some help with a redesign of the accessory belt tensioner. Does the kit come with a new one? Do you recommend replacing it when the FI kit is installed? I bet you would have a huge market if you could figure out a redesigned/upgraded tensioner.

Beautiful parts and design, by the way!
The engineering and thinking are impressive.

Having seen the exhaust manifolds sliced up, I can say that they are some very nice castings. A lot of thought went into flow and OEM like integration with the rest of the system.

    Keir,

There are some parts that look like they could use some power coating. The heat-sheild looking thing appears to be one of them. Is this ok to do? Or maybe you can give some suggestions based on some previous projects.

Good question man, i was thinking the same thing........

Im sure u can have these type of parts coated with ceramic powder coated for extra heat protection and im sure it will cost the buyer more money too.

BUT i would be doing the same thing to keep the heat down low as possible with a turbo upgrade, so damn near everything would be coated under my hood......LOL

BTW...... I love all the Pix, looks like one of my DIY threads, very pic heavy
