start with the front valance, it makes all the difference in the world, takes it from a regular old jetta to a GLI. lol

      I have this BOV.

      http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-...BOV/ES1832064/

it is a hybrid, it recirculates as well as releases to the atmosphere. it sounds badass and does the job a DV does so you wont trip CELs.

good luck with the build process! =)
I have the front valance now i just need to paint it now and install it no more regular jetta look lol
      thanks

and unless have big turbo plans, stick to a diverter valve. these engines are designed with them, so stick to it, or else youll run lean in vacuum, and get CEL's.
      alright thanks big help thanks

but were you getting unsteady rpm or jumpy rpms at red light, stop or just idle??
How hard, or was it difficult the timing belt?

ECStuning timing belt kit is a must.
Lightweight pulleys on top of what ur gonna be changing anyway.
      I felt a undeniable gain
