Jut a couple that I had left.
This comes from My 5 year award in the shop where I work now:
Wife gave me this one from when she worked at Doncasters:
Anyone else have rigs on the shelf?
Yeah, it's an 8v. If I wanted a sporty car, I'd buy an R.

I recently picked up a very rare 1/25 scale truck kit. It's just a trailer though, so I need to find a cab to put under it.
Should be arriving soon, will post pics as soon as it arrives.![]()

The mailman made me happy today!
Revell Car Transporter
This kit was originally made back in 1983 or so, and I remember building it back then. Not sure what happened to it, but like most kits from back then, it probably gotplayed with, then destroyed.
So this kit was re-issued in 2008, and has been out of production since 2009 or so. I managed to snag this off EBay. Wasn't cheap, but I got it for less than $100, which is less than most of the others I've seen on there. And this kit is complete, with all parts stil in the bags. Nice upgrades compared to the original early-80s kit. This one comes with rubber hose for the hydraulic lines, and chain for the tie downs. Should make realiztic detailing a little easier!
Now I just need to find a suitable cab to put under it. I'm leaning towards the new International Lonestar from Moebius Models. Nice looking kit. Italeri is always good for trucks too.

That's a nice little combo there, I went to diecast after years of models went down the tubes. Wasn't collecting anything but the boss gave that truck to me and now I start badgering him every year when the new models come out.
where'd you get those? I'd love to have one on the shelf

That may be a while! My garage is starting to look like a hobby shop. I have around 50 or so kits that need to get built!
Currently working on an Audi 80 and a Porsche 996. Once I have those done, then I'll figure out what comes enxt.

i had about 500 winross trucks at one point. sold most of them AFTER the market for them tanked. i'll have to see if i have any pics of them somewhere. I still have a few that had sentimental value for me.
I gotta say though... the DCP trucks are out of this world as far as level of detail goes. I had a few of the first ones that came out years ago.![]()
