2011 CC Black sport 6spd manual 7k mi

I'm selling my 2011 volkswagen cc sport. The exterior is deep black metallic and the interior is two tone beige and black leather. It has all the options minus the navigation and automatic transmision. I have 6,900 miles on it now i bought it november 2010 and just dont think is worth me keeping. I mostly drive my truck to work. I get about 25 mpg normal driving and 36 highway. I'm asking $23,500 I got that number from nada.com it's 1000 more than trade in. retail is just over 26.
