FS: 2002 GTI black 100k miles, needs timing belt

I am selling my GTI, it needs a timing belt but I started working out of the country 3 months ago and don't need the car anymore, I come back to Richmond, VA every other weekend. I don't have time to fix it so maybe someone here wants to fix her up and flip it or keep it for yourself.
It has a few bolt-ons such as a front mount and APR catback.
About to roll over 100k miles
