I got used to leaving my phone charging in my GLI. My 2010 A4, however, doesn't power either cigarette lighter when the car is off. Anyone know of a way to keep them on? Specifically the one in the center console. Didn't have much luck searching this board, so I apologize if this question has been asked.

I'm sure that's a LOT of electrical work involved. Might not be worth the headache.

I bet it can be changed with the VAGCOM software, everything is programmable. From opening windows with fob, and roof and lots of other stuff. Ya need RossTech VAGCOM...it's GREAT. Use it all the time on my VW's and previous Audi

I'll look into it. But yeah, didn't want to do a bunch of electrical work.

I'd post this over in the tech section at Audizine. Sorry to say that this board is pretty dead for the A4...
