Where I live to PDX: 118 miles, estimated time 2+ hours

    You do the math!

Anyways, looks like an entirely different group of cars this time as compared to the 4th.
The question is.. why did you come all the way down from Tacoma for this?? I'm sure there are these types of meets up in Seattle / Tacoma area..

Good question and I have several answers for you...

    1. It was a nice day
    2. I love and am not scared to drive my car any distance
    3. I enjoy meeting people outside the VW/Audi scene
    4. My brother lives in Portland and that gave me an opportunity to see him

    Any more questions?

Wait, there was a Corrado there? I did not see that in the pics. I might cruise when I have the day off if there is another Corrado.

This Saturday we will do the normal Cascade Cars and Coffee Portland and then afterwards caravan over the river to the Rally Day Event at Allan Webb Mitsubishi and Dick Hannah Subaru where one of our regular attendees the English Racing / AMR / Pregrid Motorsports Evolution 8.75 Rally Car will be on display along with a rally driving simulator. Should be another good Saturday at cars and coffee!

    Edit;

It appears there's 2 C&C's going on, in the same city, and at the same date/times? (at different locations)
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You both need to join forces!

    Both shows are missing out!!
There are usually Ferraris, Porsches etc at the other one, as well as the last meet had a Fisker Karma, and a GT3.

They look to have had different cars show up, so there's two going on at the same time?

    Edit:
A Fisker Karma, and a GT3 was at one of these last weekend, and I didn't see any shots in the pics folder.
Theirs is in Tigard and ours is by the Portland Airport. At Cascade Cars and Coffee Portland we've been getting a lot of modified cars (some pretty heavily) both imports and domestics with the weather being iffy. When it starts getting nicer there's going to be a lot of classic cars coming out as well.

No worries. To put it simply theirs is people on that side of town and this one is people on the east/north side of town.

so what about the Sponsorship link. How does that work out? I own a business, it would be pretty sweet if you tuck my company name and website on there somewhere.

To be honest, it depends on the weather. Could be 25, could be 50+. There will definitely be large, diverse turnouts when the weather gets nicer but tomorrow based on the weather reports is anyone's guess. Summer can't come fast enough but I'm hoping for the best tomorrow though!

Who cares how many people and what kind of cars are there. This thing is for car enthusiasts, bottom line and why would it be for anything else.

ZZB, keep up the good work and one day I may come down again from Tacoma to hang out.
