PNW SpringMeet is back for 2012 and we are taking this back to the "Old School" way of relaxed days with cool mornings , precious metals and fine restored beauties.

We have moved again to a new home and partnered with Bellevue College. We didn’t want to move but DirtFish is still having issues with permits This new location allows us to have a fully covered show and swap , enormous parking structure to show greasy parts , show cars and have a place to get out the rain.

Pre-registration is now open on the website and we are working with our partner www.happenstanceevents.com do online check-outs on the website and on Facebook.

We'll have pre-registration open in late March . Swap spaces should be around 10ft by 16ft for 10$ or parking space and space for $20 .

what is the hieght restrictions ?

The signs say 6ft 11 inches , althought it seemed higher in many spots .We also have several normal parking lots . Swap will be on floors 2 and 3 , car show is on 1st floor , and yes there are elevators.

Registration will open March 18th - same day at the XXX GTG .

So what new for this week.
We stopped by the venue last night to look at locations for cars show and have moved to floor two to provide more space. Vendors and sponsors will move there as well.

We'll have over 350 swap spaces starting at $10 each.

Clubs can ask for pre arranged parking of 10-15 spaces all so.

We have asked to increase our restroom trailers so lines will be smaller ,,but still the nicest you have ever seen a cars show in PNW.

We might have a new sponsor vendor who is large classic car insurance who i personally use for my 6 bikes and cars that are parked more driven.

We are wating on samples for the new show shirt and classic hoodie


Also we are looking for a local charity to support the parking . must be a washington legal charity and have min 12 people to support parking. Really would love a father son football\soccer\bassball league or school \ church.

Kahiko Kula will be attending PNW SpringMeet 2012 . Since there club is so large with their family effort they will have the entire first floor for their club. So when you’re at the show , walk down one the 9 staircase sets or the (2) elevators to see them. But I bet you’ll smell the Moko Loko’s though out the show.

We will have a raffle this year at PNWSpringmeet . It will be a 50\50 with 50% going to Children’s hospital . We aren’t a non-profit organization for don’t expect a C1 receipt when you donate. What’s new today . We had a lot of folks sign up last week , you still have 27 days left to sign up online BEFORE we close online registrations. Why do we have to close. The staff what to organize better by mailing you the tickets ( arm bands) and instruction prior to you all showing up.

Each group will have their own route on campus , entrance and garage opening to speed up load in.

Arm bands are in route . It’s an open campus so no armband you'll be asked to leave or pay entrance fee on the spot.

2012 shirts are being printed as I type . I have a preview and they is sexy. Everyone will want them.

Goodie bags - being printed now with sponsors. Pre-registered folks will get them first for vendors , car show and swappers . Your registration will have a coupon to redeem at our booth. Yes they are recycled and re-useable .

TNT treats and Naomi's Treats will be back again this year.

Renton MOM's group will be hosting a craft area for kids at the event (floor 2)

Whats new this week. We had alot of signups last week. On the 22nd of April you will be mailed your packet telling you all the data you need and where to be and at what time.

We are attempting to get as much as we can for the raffle. So if you would like to donate email us at mike@pnwspringmeet.com 50% will go direct to chairty.

We got our new charity for parking staff. This year we will be working with Totem Grid Iron Booster Club aka Sammamish High School Football team. If you would like to add the donation we'll be giving you welcome to donate cash\check or Athletic drinks.

So its Monday and here is whats new.



We just signed Hagerty to a Vendor booth. If you’re not using them to insure your show Dubs , why not ? I use them to insure my 66 Olds , 74 rabbit , 75 rabbit , and 77 rabbit. 95 % of the time those cars sit in the garage and don’t need to full covered. They are protected and one when I drive them are they active. There is huge savings on that. I know what your thinking 77 rabbit , but I have receipts for over $25K in that fully rebuilt car and I know a few dubs have 20 50 75K in some of air cooled rides .

Next I’ve been working with AAA to get them to show as well. In progress and we’ll see what happens .

Registrations continue till the 22nd . We have to have time to send you in Us mail the armbands and instructions. Yes there will be a list and but the wife wants to keep that on the down low. After the long lines last year we want to make sure we get you in fast and efficient.

Where are the swappers , we have lots of vendors , clubs and car show folks . We have 2 floors , about 340 10x16 spaces set aside to swappers and haven’t sold that may yet. So get in on it ! There are no assigned spaces so we won’t slow down the load in process . Swappers are the only ones that get in early , way early to setup . We even have two routes to those floors for that reason.

The 2012 shirts are done , I don’t have them yet but soon.

Stickers or other items ordered with spaces will be shipped before the show. I know you want them first . All show spaces and arm bands will be mailed starting the 22nd.

Only this week left to pre-register for spaces . Today the wife and I will start to mail out registrations via us post office.

Pre-Reg closes 5pm 22nd of April .

The goodie bags arrived this am , the color is spot on for classic German colors. These recycled bags will be on sale as well , but if you buy a shirt , sweatshirt at the event , you'll get a bag free. If you pre-registered you'll get a coupon for bag full of fun stuff.

We'll be making the instruction tonight how to enter the venue .

Car show , Clubs , and cars for sale will be using the entrance of SE 2th street , this is easiest way to floors one and two . these keeps traffic on the main entrance light and for people coming to purchase or view.

Swappers and vendors will use the 142nd PL SE entrance this is easiest way to floor three . these keeps traffic on the main entrance light and for people coming to purchase or view.

Main Entrance will be for general parking , and handicapable folks, they will be parking on floors 4 and 5 .

There are a set of elevators to all floors .

Foods and restrooms will be off the 4th floor.

handicapable folks will be on 1st floor and please have your placard on rear view mirror when arriving .
