Gentlemen, we have a 3-way tie for 1st place! It is indeed the HPFP.Upgrade Stage 2 pump with the 145 bar valve not 155, as we have a slightly unique plan of action that will no longer require running a 155 bar valve to feed the injectors.
Thanks to BSHR (Ken Powers) for shooting these items in my stead.
There has been a ton of discussion and numerous threads about what HPFP works best. I have seen other companies units perform quite well, however for a custom application that is truly scaleable hit up John at HPFP Upgrade. They are up in Washington state and like most of the companies I choose to deal with, they are hardcore enthusiasts. You don't have to take my word for it, most of the bad ass Australians run this kit as well and produce staggering dyno results. Very, very well produced products and whats more is they have finally solved the cam follower dilemma with a product that will be released very shortly and is a very inexpensive solution.

Dear imod R,
Please come back when you actually have a golf r and not just a teaser jerk off thread. This is not impressive and I cannot believe you even call this s build up thread. I've seen 15 year olds in the mark 4 forum with better crap than this. But bro I like respect what you doing don't get me wrong bro I'm just not Impressed.
Dearest Align my thyme,
Thanks from the bottom of my satch for caring enough to commit your concerns to this sweet ass note. Its hella nice of you to be so thoughtful and I will stop updating my piss poor thread until the car is finished. Thats it, I'll Tarantino this thing. We'll start at the end and work backwards specifically so I can please you and any other half wit haters who waste their time reading this thread and then get mad at me for not having a finished car. I'll take the thread down later this afternoon to appease you, bud.

As Brandonekingatl pointed out John over at HPFP Upgrade devised a simple and very effective solution to deal with the dreaded cam follower failures many of us former 2.0T FSI owners have been faced with. It sounds like the product is going to be coming onto the market sometime in June. Always the weakest link in a power build that deals with fueling, the cam follower fix will be purposely affordable to all no matter what mod level you are at. John set his price point around $125- to encourage all to take this preventative step as part of your build-up planning. Seems like a smart idea and from what I understand a damn nice piece.

Can't wait to see this thing once it's back from BSH. Appreciate the updates.

Today is a glorious day for the main subject of the PRJCT.:R chronicles. For the 10th installment of "What the frick is that?" I'll let my V'tex friends try and figure out what in the devil this particular bit of kit is.
Name that tune my bruthas and sistas. Part type and brand name if you pleeze!
This one showed up in California and will not be installed until after the car gets back following Wuste. Pity because its friggen gorgeous workmanship.
