So clean. Seriously wasn't a fan of MKVI's on bags but I definitely am now with those wheels it just looks right. How much would a wheel/tire setup like this cost if you don't mind me asking?

And the new wheels are going to be test fit today as well, but then i'm taking them apart this weekend..time for a baller makeover. hehehehe

Updateeeeeee: Porsche Twists, like a boss.

I got the tires mounted today, and put the wheels on the car. Honestly, I'm not sure how I feel. I think the color just isn't working for me. I'm taking them off as soon as I have some time and painting them again. I don't know. Jon, if you're reading this, I think it's going to look better on your car because it's red. So yeah, I'm painting them again! lol.. Anyways, on with the goods, right?

Some with the stock wheels just for the hell of it:

Twists (pictures don't do the color justice..it makes them look like plain silver..):

This is how you haul shi**:

    Adapters:

    And tadaaa:

Overall though, I love the wheels. I think with the right color, they will look sick on this car. And mark my words: I'm getting these 10's to tuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And another thing....The inner lip on the rear is even closer than my LM's! I didn't get a good look, but they look uncomfortably closer to the strut than the LM's..I can barely fit my pinkey. Fitment like a baller.

And a teaser of my new wheels...Can anyone guess what wheels they are? I think it's pretty easy to figure out..maybe that's because I know what they are. :p Nick, don't even....

actually the "boats" the cubans attempt to get to the shores of the US in are nicknamed banana boats
it is the most popular form of illegal immigration from cuba

along with this illegal immigration has brought an increased drug trade as well as violence

which is what we were talking about on the second page

i dunno man. i like the brz, but hate the notion of a car payment. also, while this won't be very popular, im debating getting married soon. the other dilemma i face is that i can go plop cash down for about 380 other cars that can be just as fun for less. decisions, decisions. im like you but replace jetski w/ 2nd car.

lame. because im holding out for you to confirm fitment before i order. the longer they wait, the longer i wait will telling them the fate of my car hangs in the balance speed things up?

    qft.

what did you end up doing for an exhaust? sorry, you may have answered this above and i missed it.
i'm at that point of automobile addiction right now...gosh, is it hard to fight it! i can't help it! i think it's all the youtube videos and recent car meets and events that has me hooked all over again. i thought this phase was over, but i guess not!

right there with you on the car payments...i absolutely hate them!!!!!!

ohhhh i've tried everything to get them to ship it quicker...i would imagine customs..he said it was already shipped...must be held up at customs or something...they said they are trying to find out what's going on, but it's out of their control. i'm just trying to be as patient as possible. i can understand, coming from another country and all, but damnnnnnnnnnnn. i want my mirrors!

And as for the exhaust, i'm doing a custom 3" downpipe and custom 3" catback, non resonated..maybe no muffler either...or muffler and resonator w/ an electrical cutout....but more than likely just 3" straight through..
