He says he hasn't rolled the front fenders. I'm also guessing that since the fenders aren't rolled, the frame isn't notched either.

partially right...fenders aren't rolled, but the frame is notched..

both if you know it, but mainly wondering about the rear. I wanna run 18x10 as well so I want to know how much room I got with offset. Thinking maybe something around 55 if it'll work, thats why I ask.

the fronts are at 1.0 degree negative, and the rears are at 1.3 degrees negative..my rear wheels are 10", and i've got 225's on them..when lowering the rear, the tires just barely, barely clear the inner fender when getting tucked in..the wheel's lip obviously still pokes..i think 215's or another .5 degree of camber would be perfect..but i'm happy as is..my rears are 18x10 with a 51 offset..honestly, any higher on the offset with 10's and the inner lip is going to hit the struts...my inner lip is probably sitting 5 or 6 mm's away from the strut...way too close for my comfort, but, ya know..

This is exactly what I was looking for. I think I'll opt for a lower offset and maybe more negative camber when I get the wheels. Thanks for the info. Loving that setup

Notch the frame and get your roll on (fenders) and you'll get more low. Your wheels and car are on point. I can dig it!

frame is notched...just need to get those fenders rolled..with my stock wheels the car sits completely on the floor, front and rear...i will try to get some shots with the stock wheels just to get an idea..

Update! FedEx just delivered a little something ....hopefully have it ready by next week.

On a side note, working on the the trunk this afternoon. I'm hoping to have it done by tonight. I'll post pictures when I'm done.

hahahaha....an oem trunk..i'm planning on shaving it and molding in a lip..nothing big but i want a cleaner look..

I'm trying not to! I'm hoping to get the inside of the trunk done tomorrow, but i don't know if I will be able to...work has delayed me so much. Hopefully I'll have the actualy trunk lid done as soon as possible, too. It's so addicting..I have a feeling this is going to be another build like my S4..we'll see where it takes me! But I'm excited....everyday I walk out to my car, I seem to like it more and more.

and just a quick shot from the other night..i like my dirty girls, but a cleaning once in a while is good, too

i was up until 3 in the morning last night finishing up the inside of trunk..finally got everything like 99% the way i wanted it..i just have to do some cleaning up, but everything is in place..i took pics of the whole thing - i'll post them up when i get home tonight.

as for the outside, i'm going to be held back a few days because i ordered a new lip to mold in, but it looks like they are on backorder or something..the trunk is already shaved, just waiting for the lip to come in..

don't know if i've mentioned the air setup but basically airlift struts and bags front and rear, their digital kit basically.. and a single vivair compressor...

and a teaser to hold up until i post the rest of the pictures tonight

You notice any clearance/rubbing issues with the rear bags? I hear the airlift rears can do this. Did you have to completely shave off the rear nipple?

a bit of rubbing in the rears actually..seems to be kind of common with airlift rears..i just got back from vacation not too long ago, so the car has been mainly sitting..now that i'm back i have to address this issue asap! A little bit of shaving in the rear should do the trick..i'll see if i can tackle that this weekend..


so, is there any way to change the title of this thread and make it my build thread or something like that? anyways...here are the pictures from the build on the trunk (inside)..pictures are kind of crappy, it was mad dark out and both my work lights burned out on me at the end, so i was left with nothing but the garage lighting...blehhhh
