I wouldn't mind doing the camping thing however yes showers would be nice, as would a hotel too. I think it would be pretty well split on hotel and camping. If there are enough campers we could always put together a "donation" in which the campers can rent a portable shower thing for the yard, I do believe they have those with the porta--potty group. Or I'm sure some hotelers wouldn't mind letting the campers take showers in the room.

I'll still be a hoteller. I need me my shower! Nothing like getting in the shower after a long ride, and getting out feeling FRESH!

Time to order parts..... look at them for about 110 days then sprint to the finish for the drive to cincy
You going to keep power steering ? I think if I ever have to do anything to mine I will be swapping in a manual setup as I cant stand hitting puddles in the rain and having the steering tighten up.

One year soon I hope to make it out as well. Just got a new job after being unemployed for a year so its doubtful for me this year as I need a clutch...but then again who knows what things will look like when that time arrives.

I've been thinking about him lately, wondering how you two are doing. He sure did look happy in the pics.

Damn, don't start the countdown yet, I'm still building my engine!

I wonder if I can dig up a picture of the gent in question. He certainly was, ahem, friendly.

    [scrabble, scrabble]

Holy sh*t, I realized I never uploaded a single picture from Cincy 2010 or 2011. SLACKING!

Hey Cathy...Was thinking about you too...I enjoyed your visit when Daun delivered Dieter.
With this incredible winter, I've been able to get the Scirocco out, but most of the time he's snug next to my Z4....Can't wait to see all you guys!

    Jeeze Joe!
    Its not rocket science

I have a wheel bearing and a tierod inner to do to the silver and the wiring in the dash of Victor.
That sounds suspiciously like a plan, but what ever

it's less about skills and more about the fact that the engine is 20ish miles away from my house. And the fact that I have been working 14 hours a day.

Well, it's a little place called the 68 Diner (or is it the 68 Cafe?) which happens to be north of the hotel on Rt 68 and New Burlington Rd.
