    54,000 miles
    Poly Dogbone
    VF Stage 1
    Stock Exhaust
    Cleaned K&N
    Stock suspension

The one run was against a 94 firebird with a lt1, he said it was a lt4 because it has the lower intake mani and some other things...Idk but he couldn't keep up. I will have more proof when I get the vids from my buddy. It was my first time ever at the strip, I need to work on my staging and launch.

I guess most people don't take this car to the drag strip, which is why it didn't get much play here. 1/8th mile races don't mean much do me, but I'd like to see it go on the 1/4 mile even though that's not it's strength at all.

I liked the Golf R race video, Stage 1+ must be pretty awesome on those things. Good to know that Stage 1 VF vs Stage 1+ R is a damn close match.

The VF Stage 1 is the supercharger? my best run in the 1/8 mile was 8.915 sec @ 78.78 mph with a GIAC tune.

Yes its a supercharger. And I totally agree with you cdbusby. I am kinda new to the area and went with a bunch of people. I wish it was a 1/4 too. Yea his car drives so nice and everything. I don't know about the $37,xxx he spent and then over 1,000 on all his APR stuff so far...

    Not bad.

It is disappointing seeing a supercharged R running those times IMO.

Also, it appears that you have HID bulbs in your stock housings. Take them out.- or buy projectors.

They are super white bulbs from ECS. I only put them in because they were cheap and look better with my LED city lights.. I will drive the car like this for awhile and pay it off then I will go turbo

Golf R Stage 1 APR? "Imagine if you flash it!"

IIRC, I remember posts of people with VF stage 1 SC R32's not being able to pull from Non-FI R32, even losing...

That was the camera guy talking about it. We did not tell him it was not flashed. In some of the other videos the guy posted he has it written down in the description that it is flashed.

Just added the new Michelin PSS's. New plugs, clean MAF, Shell gas and a little weight lost will yield an 8 second pass

the R32 guy here in Dallas runs 8.81 on N/A setup. I'm at 9.0 but should see 8's soon. You guys with boost should see the 7's. If I had a boosted car running 8's I would sell that sucker. At least sell the boost. Hate to see a boosted R32 lose to a N/A R32 because you got caught sleep'n at the light.

Maybe those boosted cars should try the 1/4 mile drag. I'm sure you would see better times there.

Just did some research trying to find out what that converts to...

    http://www.eldemoniorojo.com/calculator.htm

    Around 13.7 to 13.8

I am installing TT Cam's, Milltek Headers, Milltek High Flow Cats, Magnaflow Catback and a UM tune with launch control. I will report back with results

Went to an 1/8 mile Drag-N-Brag event on Friday, got a win over a the mk V R32 and knocked an EVO 10 out off the competion. Having trouble preloading the clutch, keeps sticking and shifts a lil hard but the car did very well. Should run in the 8's, high 8's on the 1/8 mile strip.
