whos the uber cool guy with the murdered out mkVI jetta, who thinks its uber cool to weave in and out of lanes without even using turn signals, probably because his left hand was at the 12 o clock position while he kept his right under his chin, like he was a thinker of some sorts.

he also drove down I95 south from springfield and took the lorton exit....
