2012 A3 Audi A3 crossbars roof rack

I have a set of OEM crossbars I had purchased for my '12 a3. They are for factory installed roof rails. Decided to go the hitch route instead for a bike rack. New in box and never installed. I opened the box, looked at them, and closed the box.
I paid $250, looking to get $200. Preferably local to Baltimore, MD.
