Parting out a project and have this left over. C2 headspacer 9:1 compression.

Was put on block and head set on stop but was never fully torqued and obviously therefore never been ran/used

    $250 shipped

The problem is a lot of people just sell the spacer for like $100 like I got mine for then just buy the gaskets new online. Might be a better idea selling them separate. I could use the gaskets if your interested.

people sell the spacer new for $100? if so where is that? if that is the case then you can put your own together for like $180 in total

what are just the top and bottom gasket layer worth on their own?

They are actually not cheep. Most sites are $80 each. Cheapest I've found is $60 plus shipping.

yea but if you are saying someone is selling the spacer for $100 and $80 for a gasket thats only $180 for the whole thing

Everyone I have seen sells it for $300 which is what I paid for this.

So again where are you finding the spacer for $100????

Dude your not getting it. I'm not trying to break your price down at all. $250 is a good deal. I
Just saying I got mine used for $100. Also u got to add 2 gaskets in there. So your looking at $220- 240. I would have got this from u if I already didn't buy the spacer. I was just trying to help. I guarantee if u post the gaskets they will sell fast.

OK OK you didnt specify used spacer, that really doesnt matter to me as this is new

also you dont use 2 gaskets, you use the top and bottom layer of one gasket

So, are you saying that when installing a head spacer, the process involves peeling apart a single head gasket and using the two halves? Never heard that before. interesting.

Yep thats exactly how its done. been doing it for years on 12v's, 8v's, and r32. Same way kinetic, C2, UM, APTuning, etc all do it.

thats the proper way for it to seal, the top and bottom layers do their job. why would you want to add more layers and chances of leaks
