Recently picked up a new project/DD after giving up on my disaster of a rabbit.

Ill let the pics do the talking.

Drove it 200mi home, and the next day it wouldnt start. ordered new coil plugs and wires. Hopefully that solves it.

Body is super solid, paint needs some help.

Should be a fun project, starting out with a nice restoration for now. Once its clean some mods may happen, but not planning on anything major, its too nice to hack up.

Here are all the pics sorry about the large ones.

I wouldn't call it "poop" at all. Looks like this one doesn't need much.

Not sure how I'm going to go with the bumpers yet, they do make a nice bench though.

Ass hole? Am I missing something?

"Poop" more in the fact that everything on it is some shade of brown. Overall its pretty clean, I plan on doing a decent restoration on it as time goes in.

I have decided to keep her USDM, seems like everyone does the euro bits. Only major mods I'm planning are suspension, exhaust, wheels and maybe a cam if I am feeling crazy.

I love 4 doors a lot also but a coupe is the ****t
4 door is great when you have a kid I'll tell you that .

Did you come down to Oregon to get it ?
It wasn't on vortex or Craigslist , do you know How many owners ?

I really like that color , and the paint don't need help at all .
Do you have the other rocker trim piece ?

Got it in Oregon City. Got it from a guy on a FB dub group. Not sure on how many owners.

I want to get it resprayed, it needs some body work and tiny bits of surface rust.

Missing the one piece of rocker trim sadly.

None that I can thing of. The rabbit is pretty bare bones, selling it as is right now. Jetta will stay mostly stock for now.

Now just debating whether I should spend the time to scrape the tar off the floor pans, the seem solid, not sure if i need to.

too bad my dads buddy sold the freshest PNW set a couple months ago. he had owned them for years and yet got them powder coated to the factory silver with 165/45's. 13's are cool but it is nice swapping to something with a slightly larger OD. i think im gunna be putting my e21 steelies on my coupe though atleast at first. motor gaining some hp means nice wide wheels with something super sticky wrapped around them.

I don't plan on any horsepower for now. Making it as simple as possible.
