one wouldnt take all of those at the same time...right!?! 3 deitary supplements seem a bit intense, no?

  14. 03-23-2012 01:03 PM #49
did you google the supplements in question? or did you just ignore me and want me to do all your research for you.

eca stack is 3 supplements already. it is used on/off opposite of clen, which is a grey market bronchodilator.

t3 is a thyroid hormone that your body produces naturally.

now ask yourself this, why would the number of supplements matter if you don't know what any of them do anyway?

i did google all of them mentioned.

but like i said.... i know nothing about this. a good majority of what i found were or led to some sort of endorsement or what seemed to be more 'hardcore' bodybuilding forums. wasnt able to spend a whole lot of time just yet reading about them.

    nevermind

Look man, you have no business doing what was just recommended if you are depending on google to teach you.

Just go buy a pwo or a diet pill.

  17. 03-23-2012 02:31 PM #52
    multi
    l-glutamine
    l-arginine
    BCAA

    this.

90% of the supplements posted aren't really worth the money(IMO), and the 10% that are .... you aren't ready for.

  19. 03-23-2012 02:56 PM #54
what, that little guy? I wouldn't worry about that little guy...

If you want to cut weight simply eat less calories and do cardio. If you need to, buy a fat burner pill they give you energy and "help with cravings." Just hit the treadmill hard and watch what you eat. Less carbs means more fat being burned. A lot of people go wrong when they buy all these supplements with no knowledge. You can't loose weight by eating the same and taking a pill. However you can lose weight without working out by taking other various street drugs. hahah.

Go pick up some tubs of that stuff "Craze" before they ban it soon. There is already a class action lawsuit against them because it contains amphetamines. Read the reviews and people freak over this stuff and complain about never being able to sleep. I think that would be your best bet for a supp to lose weight.

pretty much all supplements are a marketing scam. You def have to spend some time researching this stuff, especially since it all effects the body's biology (or claims to)

I got a free tub of this stuff from a rep and while I can sleep at night, it does really work. I only take it on my Saturday morning workout, and I am usually running full speed till about 4, when I crash real hard.

Has you like this all morning ->

    My stack:

    Nexium
    Whey Protein
    Fish Oil

I used to be a caffeine whore (diet mt dew and diet pills) then all of a sudden I got super sensitive to it. Now, a sweet tea give me the jitters. A redbull/rockstar will give me heart palpitations for a day or two.

pretty much all marketed supplements are a marketing scam, but still not all. most supplements have worth, but they are practitioner products you wouldn't know about, because they are not marketed to the mass market or mainstream.

the ones that work the best (or at all) are the ones that are generally marketed the least surprisingly.

creatine is STILL one of the few that we know actually works. Yet the marketing is low on it because it's not the hot new thing.

preworkout supplements will jazz you up, but that's not advanced science, so will a cup of coffee.

IN MY OPINION....that's pretty much it! bcaa, nox, test boosters(I'll get to that in a min), nutrient partitioners. all of this has MARGINAL benefit at the absolute very best conditions and even then it's so minute it's unprovable.

supplements that DO ABSOLUTELY WORK, that you may not have ever heard of, or may not even be able to get your hands on:

    dnp (with HORROR story sides)
    clen (even still marginal)
    MT-II
    pro hormones
most PCT (AI's, HcG, tamox, pramipexole)
    AAS
    insulin and related peptides
    gh
*test boosters like tribulus ARE Great for PCT, not much else.

lastly, I have a friend who just did a competition. he's a MASSIVE 175lbs and cut to 220lbs to show and won by a mile. To cut, you know what supplement proved to be his GO TO guy that he claims he owes his trophy to? cocaine.

    Mine is pretty generic.

    Isolate Whey (CytoSport)
    Natural Psyllium Fiber
and a Regimented Diet with occasionally mixing in Chromium picolinate.

Interested in increasing the intake of some other supplement products in line with my diet. Unable to locate a legitimate website that has valid product information/ benefits that'll give me essentially unbiased information, sales gimmicks.

What is something you learned last year that you are going to do differently this year?

I've been drinking this pre-workout drink called craze for the past month because I got it for free.

The only thing it makes me do is take a CRAZEEEE dump before I lift... I kinda like it.
