Diet is key to losing weight! There is no "miracle" supp that will help you if you eat like crap. 70% diet and 30% exercise. I personally haven't used the Animal Cuts yet but previously i trimmed off a fair amount of excess fat using USP Labs OxyElite Pros and being dilligent!

If you seriously want to expand your knowledge. Go to the library and check out the book called "Better than Steroids. By Dr. Warren Willy"

Will give you everything you need to know about what food does to the body, what times of the day you should eat, frequency, amounts, types, etc.. I loved the book. I follow it and I have never been more trim in my life. Hardly any cardio too. Mostly any cardio I do it to keep my vascular system in check.

But, any website I can divulge some accurate information about supplements?
What is something you learned last year that you are going to do differently this year?

    White Flood
    Green Mag
    Purple Wraath
    Myofusion
    Multivitamin
    Vit C
    Fish Oil
    ZMA

Currently out of Green Mag, picked up some cheap creatine mono. Been wanting to track my workouts and see how they compare to one another for my body. The taste and grittiness alone is about to make me switch back to GM. Plus I miss GREEN water.

was taking weight gainer and protein powder for almost 2 years and quit 3 months ago. My feelings now are that supplements are convenience foods and etc. Whats more exciting eating some good flavorful food or some cheap protein that doesnt size up to the advertised taste it claims to be??

Please dont open a GNC store in your food storage, your wasting money lol
If it's got TiTs or Tires...its trouble!!!!

    Whey protein
    Flaxseed oil

    Muy complicated-o I know.

I change back and fourth between the oil and just ground flax. Should stick with the ground flax, but I am lazy.

Promera asked me to do a log on their Gluta-Tren and Con-Cret products. The glutamine really seems to help stop lactic acid build up.

I've read a lot of studies lately that have determined glutamine to be basically useless unless taken at very high doses. I don't take it, but with less supplements coming out with it in it, I wondered how true it was.

You found the opposite, so that is interesting.

I've been taking GNC's pre and post BCAA's before and after my workouts. I've been doing more conditioning than lifting though. I start back in the weight room Monday and I think I am going to try C4 and protein. I picked up some pure protein whey from Wal*Mart to go with the C4

All I know is that during my training sessions I was getting crazy pump in my lower back and tons of burning/lactic acid, and then I started taking the glutamine and it went away. Maybe it's placebo.

I don't thinkthat word means what you think it does.

Omega 3 content of grass fed beef (and free range eggs) is much higher than in the commercial product (s)

    ON Whey Protein (Double Chocolate)
    ON Fish Oil
    ON Multi

When I ordered this they sent me a trial of Muscle Pharm Assault, some kind of Pre-Workout mix. I've tried it twice now, and it's actually not too bad. It's probably just in my head, but I think it did it's job. Link

Tried C4 today and liked it. I've been lifting before I eat breakfast and I was able to push through a leg workout without my usual pre-workout meal so it must have done the trick.

Are you taking agmatine for the mental effects? If not, I would imagine that creatine is going to negate to point of agmatine.

    Dc5rn--

Unless ur cutting to prep for a cycle, which prob shouldnt be talked about in here(I think), the only reason you are "stuck" is your lack of calories. With just your arms showing I can tell you're pretty lean. if you've been "stuck" there, you def aren't eating enough to get any bigger. It's literally elementary math to figure out your own solution.

Why would you fel the need to **** on someone else? There was a point when I didnt know some of my solutions, and sure there are some I still dont.. Take it easy and provide supportive advice,

he didn't **** on anyone else, he told the guy it takes math to gain weight, and it does. a cycle of cyp won't make you gain weight on it's own, it still relies on food. The only extra weight to be gained without a change in diet is water weight

Actually I saved him over $100, because like Xander said, a cycle wouldnt have done anything for him without the extra calories. Wasn't trying to be rude at all.
