Will give you everything you need to know about what food does to the body, what times of the day you should eat, frequency, amounts, types, etc.. I loved the book. I follow it and I have never been more trim in my life. Hardly any cardio too. Mostly any cardio I do it to keep my vascular system in check.
But, any website I can divulge some accurate information about supplements?![]()
