rumor is, APR is doing a bigger turbo for the R kit. so I'm gonna wait and see. My GTI had a 3071 and was putting down almost 400 whp so driving this car stock is lame as ****.

When it's all said and done I should be around 380 wheel or so. It's all what you consider worth it.

You can get to stage 2+ for about $2000. You can't even get close to a big turbo for that.

Stage 3 is a lot more than Stage 2.

Man that sucks. Hopefully it can be buffed out. I'm always worried something like that is going to happen to me. I parked on the street the other day and a guy was walking on the sidewalk with his child who had a hotwheels car in his hand. The kid proceeded to run the car across my drivers door as I stood there next to the car, right in front of me!!! Luckily it didn't scratch the car, holy crap was I worked up for a minute.

Hi there Luke, I PM'd you earlier about fitting a APR TTS Stage III turbo kit to the Golf R. This was the kit I bought from JLCVDUB awhile ago. I was able to contact Gabe at BW as you recommended and he said I could use the tune you guys been developing to work on my car too. This was great news as APR doesn't have the stage III kit ready for the US yet.

Now I need to get this kit installed!

Dave glad you got in touch with Gabe he is great and will sort you out right! My tune isnt quite done yet (still on low boost) but is going in this week I think to finish it up. Drivability is AMAZINGLY solid. No hiccups or anything.

Sorry to bump, but why exactly will this not work? I had E-level on the R32 and retained both sway bars.

well it will work with elevel, but it will require a bit of time and customization for the install. there are no real good places to put the sensors and there isnt alot of room underneath

If its anything like the MkV, and I believe it is, it should be easy. I'll take a front wheel off later and report back. The rears are actually easier on this car since the battery box was returned to the engine area instead of keeping it in the trunk as the MkV had. With the battery box on the MkV, it was difficult to drill into the LCA. Was a bitch to install back there.

Got mine on. The fronts just require a little tab mounting spot be fabbed. Its a GTI, but the same as far I know.
