Some of you may know me, Im back in the mk4 game. I am usually doing Corrado things but I have sold my Audi A6 and have acquired a 337!
With that being said, a car always needs TLC and so far haven't been able to do to much. 2 days after Owning it a taxi driver decided it wasn't necessary to stop at a crosswalkPlowing into the back of me causing the car to be taken away from me this friday for repairs.
In the mean time I have managed to get a few things sorted:
My Old Mk4 JTI 12v VR6T
My corrado (93 vr6t):
The New 337 -- In winter mode due to some snow we recently had here in Vancouver Canada!
Not a huge fan of the wheels but they do the trick they came with the car
START when I first got her
Mods on the car:
-Euro switch
-20th headlights
-Smoked side markers
-koni coilovers
-k04s turbo side mount intercooler
-Revochip stage 2- boosts hard
-Forge diverter valve
-5mm spacers for a certain set of wheels Im working on
-TT injectors
-Carbon fiber carboni cold air intake with K&N cone
-3inch down pipe
-3inch magnaflow exhaust
-Short shift kit-JSP
-Boost gauge- doesn't light up though--Pod
-JL custom spare tire enclosure with sub amp
-Rolled fenders
-Custom bracket for license plate on passenger bumper grill
- New Alternator
- 3 inch Straight test pipe with heat shield to look like a cat
- Ipod Connector for stock deck
On the List to do
-Find where water is coming from under front driver side matt
-Polish my summer wheels and order some new 512s---205-45 r 17
-Wire up Side markers
-New paint of course do to my ICBC claim
-New coolant bottle and cap
- Re wire and cover all the stereo components with nice heat wrap loom--oem looking
-New center console armrest
-VHT paint valve cover and intake manifold
-Paint oem engine covers/ battery cover
- New battery or attempt to clean it up- looks terrible
-New Raxle Axles
-Sway bar end links to raise up
-Control arm bushings- r32 style solid mounts
-Tie rod ends
-Skid plate

YAY!!! Another 337!!! good luck man! I wanted a corrado so bad growing up!
#5
Thanks man its got some work being done it also right now, have new interior going in and have some filming to finish for our Video
As for the but of water under my driver side monster matt, I was missing a few drain plugs underneath. I have replaced 3 that were missing. I also checked my door seals on the bottom of the door and blew out all 4 drain holes. It could be a door seal but its so hard to tell where its coming from???
I however don't have a fender liner on that side inside the front well so that would have something to do with it.
My guess is the windshield has been replaced and the seal might have a slight leak in it. My only other option is to take the rain-tray out and look and fully clean it out or pull fuse panel underneath on the inside and see if the water is coming in.
IN the one week Ive owned it :
-K&N cone filter for Carbonio intake system
-Oil change and checkup- power steering flush
-Re wired some spagetti job done near driver-side headlight to extend wires for aftermarket intercooler.
-All new bulbs: Headlights, led markers ,rear license plate lights, interior heater control
-Custom made lisence plate for front of the car
-Euro switch & silicone key cover
-New washer bottle and Cap
-Fixed Center Console--Front clip was broken
-2 Front fender liners
-Found at wrecker small radio knob for bass control on oem head unit--these are 20$ from dealer WTF
-Oem engine covers - ready for paint when car goes into bodyshop
Ipod hook up for Oem head unit
I am currently in the process of refinishing my summer wheels myself --They were curbed and need tires--Post pics soon![]()

Man the Corrado looks clean, which car do you think you are going to drive more? And yes the 337 looks good as well.

The 337 is the daily , The corrado has been an ongoing project that makes its way out a few times a year! MY girlfriend also has a mk3 but its a work in progress also.
I just need to find a house so I can keep both of these cars now.

Some more done today:
Went and picked up an audi Interior Black Rear view Mirror. The wrecker wanted 100$ for a black 20th ann mirror
I also stopped by the shop "PG Performance"--And got them to see why my car felt weird. The previous owner has stage 2 revo running his settings all out of wack. Tming was set for race gas or something random. Also replaced a small clamp on the forge DV valve and she was good to go.
While I was there Tim was nice enough to swap me his intake and valve cover. His car is apart doing a huge turbo swap at the moment.
And.....
Preheated the oven to 250. Cleaned her up with brake clean and scrubbed it down till it was clean. Popped it in the oven for 10 mins to let it bake.
Put an even coat on it and then back in the oven for 1 min tops just to get it to wrinkle a tiny bit. Took it out and let it dry on the counter.
Found a decent size Box - Canadian Style --needed it for transport from car to the house cause it was raining
Next weeks Project
Little teaser for size sake
Yes the rear has to go down and It will its going into the body shop so just need sometime. The tires are also going to be changed to 512s to give them more of a stretch look
Stay tuned - she goes into the body shop tomorrow![]()

Been busy this weekend so haven't had time to post up , I have been working on these they were pretty badly curbed when I got them. They wont be perfect when Im done but I will save myself a bit of money by doing it myself.
Some bolts need to be replaced and all inner barrels need to be cleaned and resprayed. Thats one of this weeks projects! As well as working on the intake manifold.
Before:
Started one wheel with some decent wet sand action to see how it will turn out.
These are the Oem covers b4...After pics to follow
After will be somewhat like this but with a tasteful twist I have never seen done before

Did you buy the car from Paul Jr? I remember that he was trying to sell his 337. Or maybe I was mistaken
#33
I believe his is just a GTI not a 337, I would love to have his car cause of all the crazy add ons but This car is rad because it is one of prob 235 left in Canada
Hit me up this week, should come out to get togethers! Either Tuesday at Langley or Thursday night Underground Walmart in South Surrey
Debating wether or not to purchase this off Tanner? Anyone have one of these? Like it? dislike it?

I ran the BMC CDA intake similar to that one in my R before I went turbo. I like it.
Car is almost ready.. Should be ready by next week and then maybe a week more for my custom exhaust to be made. I'll definitely head to a meet when the car is completed
