Well the time has come, i believe its time to sell my scirocco :/. reason for sale is I bought a R32 last fall and i just plain don't drive this anymore. Plus my work schedule prevents me from ever hitting track days or auto-x events. So rather than just let it sit i would love for someone to buy it and use it like it was intended . I LOVE this car and it is a total blast to drive on any curvy roads. it has been driven once since August and aside from clearing the bad gas out of it, after that it drove no problem. I will be putting gas and heet in the tank this weekend to prevent that from happening again.
A little back story about this car. I bought it from Jodi Doyle(vwjodi) in April 2010. He had bought it from a friend who use to race it and unfortunately crashed it into a tree. Jodi rebuilt the car from the strut towers forward and it came out flawless. car has approx 135k miles on the chassis. speedo/odometer stopped working at ~127k miles. NEVER been driven in snow.
Car has been spray painted satin black. when i got it it had mis-matched fenders/hood because of the rebuild. i decided to say FUKC it and paint it black.
Front fenders have been cut to fit the wheels better.

speedo that works
occasionally bogs on cold starts right after starting. i always let it idle and rev it a few times to clear it out.
Tiny rust spot on the hatch. but CLEAN shell, no rust on the underside or anything. One fender has a tiny bit of rust inside, but i got it off a different car. i do have a spare fender that hasn't been painted which has NO rust.
I drove the car as a DD over the summer with NO problems. Only questionable thing is the Jegs racing fans do not pull a ton of air, so in traffic it starts to get a little hot. but has NEVER overheated. it has NEVER left me stranded
