I love e36 M3s, almost get me one when I got to the island.

As far as VW, just a downpipe and a tune and you'll be hanging with almost everything under 300hp stock.

Aguilar is right, it's amazing what a few particular mods would do to significantly increase power like a mofo.

Someday I'll have my own GTI!

Not focused on power right now. But it'll probably be a K04 if I do start doing performance mods.

you need to come to the house since your stock..we'll roll fenders now. then go to chad, buy H&R coils, get some wheels and tyres. euro tails, any interior thingies you want blah blah.

    then do the K04.

    Fender rolling party?

  15. 02-09-2012 03:31 PM #15
I already have my bags ready to be put in just waiting for the guy to do the install. The wheels I'm still undecided if I want to refinish a set of RS or try to make 10.5 et30 fit in the rear.
On the waiting list for golf R tails.

Will need some vagcom and fender rolling though.

No I actually sold the car to a guy on the island. I know he is still rolling the wheels though. They are drilled 5x114/100. Offsets would be do-able with air though. 18x8.5 with a 35et all the way around.

  25. 02-10-2012 04:29 PM #25
Ahh I see. Anyone think I can fit 18x10.5 +30 in the rear? Thinking about some varrstoens. Unless anyone has some deep dish or concave rims for sale? Lmk

Only way you'd be able to pull anything like that is with air and super camer. That offset is a little extreme for a MK6. As for finding wheels around here, goodluck. I had to order the futuras from Memoryfab.com. Sometimes you get lucky though. Luckily for us, 5x112 can run woble bolts for 5x114 pattern wheels.

Yes, she's ok now, thanks. She had a fever on tuesday night. Had to go to ER, ran a bunch of test(blood urine, spinal tap). everything was negative except for her urine. She currently on antibiotics for UTI. She good now thank God!

Ahh from the looks of those on the mkv forum they all needed pulled fenders to run them. Thinking about going 18x9.5 et30 Varrstoens ES 1.1.1 (25.1mm difference from 10.5 et30). Or 17x9 et20 BBS RS (12.7mm difference from 9.5 et30).
Rota Grids 18x9.5 ET30 on static looks like this:

Seems like i could pull it off with air.

Thanks! Yes I can't wait. The shop seems pretty busy. They said by the end of this month though.
I am, still not used to waking up every 2-3 hours at night. trying to find what part of that I can cherish though...

With air, you can usually pull off just about anything.
