Sad to let it go but the Hotrod as been sold, not in the US, so now it's time for full true street build, Are motor,tranny package as been very reliable in the last stretch with the Hotrod getting multiple 9.5s pass before i moved to FL, and ran Flawless in the street car.
We will be running a 67mm turbo, with new custom turbo, intercooler, intake etc. 10 point cage is next week once i get it back it will be quick. Got a few sursprise along the way.
we were still getting some rubbing from the PP to Bellhousing from heat expansion, even after sending to CM a few times, was still touching a bit, FW nice and Tight after multiple runs logging 9600-10150rpmso i made this and fixed the problem and runs great.

You know all FWD cars need a rocker bar now right? That plate to the tunnel thing is only for RWD and AWD cars now.

it all depends on who is certing the cage... but my guess would be that the cage will fail because it has no D bar. i can text you some pics of how i did mine marc

cage will be fixed no worrys, when i make the drive ill race.. Just getting this thing done and whatever it runs.. will be, lets just say since i moved here alot as changed. 9s are easy when the package works.. but like i said whatever it runs. not loosing sleep anymore

Marc, we are only trying to help as we have been thru it here....
nobody is talking down on you or anything. they are just letting you know what they have come up against at their respective tracks.
when i got this done last year, the inspector didnt even know about the new rules. mine was kind of a grey area as its AWD. i dunno if mine even passes this years spec.
but we are only trying to help as we all have a common goal here, to be as fast/quick as we can....

maybe this is coming out wrong, but i understand and agree, and emailed Gato/O&J and told them i need the cage fixed to fit rules all over not just FL, i have not taken one word from you guys the wrong way.. im just getting a bit tired with all this enjoying what FL offers me and family and just looking at things a bit different thats all...
