FS: 2008 TT 3.2 Quattro Coupe project

So I am a stupid Cancuk in Toronto who bought this beautiful 2008 TT Quattro stick shift at a Massachusetts salvage auction planning to fix it and keep it. Apparently there is a law that flood cars cannot be brought into Canada.

Body and interior are perfect but the engine won't turn over. This is a quattro with the 3.2 VR6 and a manual gearbox, no DSG here!
