I've had this car for a while, and I really don't drive it. I have my worktruck for during the week and the BMW just sits in the garage, so Im looking to sell. This car runs great, starts right up every time, heat works great, has all power options like power seats, windows, sunroof, locks etc. This car has been maintained right and as of right now doesnt need anything, inspection was done this past week, and passed with flying colors. The car has 256K miles, it is a lot, but these cars with the M30 engine are known to last forever.
In the past 2000 miles the following has been done.
upper and lower control arms and tie rods
alignment
new fan blade
new floor mats
m5 front sway bar
M5 seats power and heated
oil pan gasket, timing chain gaskets
valve cover gasket
valve lash
new muffler
Tires have lots of tread
Lowtec spring 60/40 kit with kyb shocks in the front and Koni shocks in the rear, rides very nice.
stuff done in the past two years

More I am forgetting I am sure. Basically it is a solid car. It starts/runs as it should. It has no rust or any major dings or dents, just highway chips. Body and paint are nice all around - better than average. Interior is in good shape. All lights work, cruise control works, heated seats work, etc. There is no smoke on acceleration or on the overrun. The car does not consume oil - It has never asked me to add oil. All the speakers work and the radio actually sounds good in this car. OBC. $3800. Only reason I am thinking of selling is because I get bored with cars fast.
pics:
I no longer have the style 5 wheels, it is currently on the stock wheels with newer tires.
