    oh damn! haha Yep that's the ugly turd I got... So the only difference is the connector? I have like 10 different part #'s in the catalog....

    what connector? the airbag will plug right in. making the buttons work is a different story.

    Alrighty then...It's hard for me sometimes looking at the catalog and seeing so many options. I still find myself believing there's a reason for some of the things they do

    bump for good info on the airbag :-)

    i was trying to get a straight answer about that for a while....so the only steering wheel that will fit the airbag that came on the plastic steering wheel is the GTI or R steering wheel.....

    i am looking to upgrade my plastic as well....but $700-800 bones is waaay too much to shell out....

    anyhow
