there fk's...good ride for the money i spent...im investing is some silverlines as we speak...so these coils may be up for grabs in the near future...I like that you have a lot of adjustment with the silverlines...the ones i got go decently low, i still have about a inch of threads left front and rear...

Save ur money n get BGs or HR. Ive seen 2 sets of FK's blow out with in a year on a mk3, both ranging from the mid to high priced FKs

how did they blow???just normal driving, or hit a big pot hole?
i havnt had good luck with weitec,i had one blow after a month, was driving down lincoln, and it just let go

so far my fk's on all my cars have been holding up...

Well I avoid potholes at all costs so it wasnt that. I do drive very... um well, I "drive" my car to its point some times as does the other person who blew their FKs. Not sure how u drive or how hard u push our car but FKs cant keep up with me.

i have been driving her a lot lately, love this car so much...i have put more miles on her in the last 3 weeks than i have in the last 2.5 years of ownership...i know put the bumpers back on,i had to remove the front again to get her on the alignment rack, and i took off the oettingers so no damage would occur...few pics of my ****ty mk2 daily as welllove the new exhaust note as well.and forgive my rear bumper fitment, i had my euro one on earlier as well...deciding which i like better/.

its registered, i remove the plates whenever i take it anywhere to prevent the techs from driving my cars...

the fact that everyone that sees it including techs who work at a porsche garage tell me its immaculate, and the fact you cant find another in this color and condition i guess makes it special.also the fact that i have every gas reciept, service record, window tag from delivery date makes it also a notable example.

i guess at the end of the day, there is no other car id rather be spending my hard earned cash on.

if you had a tech crash one of your cars , you would understand why i remove the plates...i registered it exactly 2 years ago today.Plates and bumpers are back on her now.
well just the rear plate, no need for the front one to be on, i keep it in my glove box.

its not a stock golf, i am paranoid, with good reason to be, and i do work on my car, but im not a tech, and its best to leave some jobs to people who are trained to do it.thanks for the advice.

i think my car is one of the cleanest original paint mk3 gti's left, but i dont think i am better than anyone else because of it.I also dont believe my **** to be leaps and bounds above anyone elses's car, i am just proud of my mk3.
