ok so i wasnt sure if this would be more appropriate here or the fabrication forum. here goes.
i bought the car 5 years ago and it had a 1776, ingle 110 cam, and dual single barrel carbs. the pans had been replaced 17years prior as well as some other body work to clean her up.

i had that motor in there for about two years and started running into some issues and i had an aba/jh that was slated to go into my cabriolet but sold the car and decided to swap in a motor i knew a bit more about as far as maintaining and troubleshooting. good decision or not the jury is still out on this one.

not sure what my logic was or why i thought this would work. it wasnt terrible but not right still. like i said carb learning experiment

got there had the exhaust break. some real cool guy from the turbobricks forums had a harbor freight stick welder. and one of the guys helping put on the show had a generator on his truck and was so kind as to let me use it.
