      Upon looking for spring rates, most companies simply say they have "progressive springs" and offer no other additional info. Mid-to-high end coilovers, however,may have spring rate numbers (I believe the Rabbit/GTI kit is 6k/8k for the Ksport V1s.)

      I'll keep looking...

      Yes. That is the front strut mounts, bearings, pinch bolts, and axle bolts.

      I know there are several people here running Konis, but I'll give my review and results for anyone new or anyone considering purchasing a set.

      Konis are all the way down in the front with both locking collars in place. No perch in the rear.
      23.5" FTG all around. No notch and no banging axles. Also on 215/40r18 tyres which help with the lowness, and there is very minimal rubbing in the front even with screw mod w/non rolled fenders. I do not carry more than 1 passenger in the backseat due to rear rubbing, but other than that..the ride is so nice.
