Intel Report: Audi Q5 Facelift Looms

With the facelift of the A4 and A5 ranges now complete, Audi has now moved to refresh their final B8 offering the Q5. This much could have been guessed, but spy photos from Sweden offer the first visual confirmation of the nearing product improvement (a.k.a. “P.I.”).

Sources tell us the finalized Q5 will see the light of computer screens or a show stand perhaps as early as April. When it does come, we already know it will boast similar upgrades as the A4 and A5-based offerings including Audi connect with Google maps-based navigation. An exterior freshening too will help bring the car up to date with Audi Design, most visible on this test mule with the newer S-line chin look first released on the current A6.

Weren't the facelift Q5 already parked at headquarters last year? There are photos in the 10-18 Audi Forum Ingolstadt album from your visit.

Those photos appear to be of the Q3, not the facelifted Q5.

That would explain why the proportion looks a bit off!

If the new facelift of the Q5 looks anything like a Q3 then I really really want one, instead of just wanting one.
