On Thursday March 8th, I stopped by Winter Auto/Crazy Horse to meet Chris and finalize the Dyno Day. Chris was really cool, chill, and excited for the Dyno Day. In his experience, VW-organized events have been some of the best he has hosted.

When you come, look for Finger's Radiators...old signage on the buildings.

Dyno is also out-doors, a mobile dyno, so "finger's" cross for a nice day!

I should be down for this the Corrado turned over for the first time in 6 months on Sunday.

Are they cool with me sitting in the car and tweaking some of my fuel settings in between runs? Won't take much more than a minute, not sure I'll have time to get it dyno tuned before that at this point. Turbo still isnt here

I am not sure. He did mention that if people want they're cars dyno tuned, that would be a separate transaction. If you did pay into the dyno, that amount would be factored in.

Chris seems very laid back, so I do not see why not.

I would be doing my tuning, the dyno pulls would be the same from his end.

We are good to go on 4/21, barring crappy weather.

When's the in or out deadline? I have been working nonstop to get SC Partscar going for this. It runs but I have to put the new axles in, bleed the clutch and adjust the shifted cables before I can find out what else is wrong...

I may be sabotaging Rizzo!!! haha I might break 350 or so I think. I need some methamphetamine to cool it down. Or maybe I'll get some dry ice for I/C box..

I plan to be in the high 400's - low 500's. Old turbo did between 420-440 or so depending on the dyno, over 40 dyno pulls on the old setup.

I should be able to get low 500 if I can fix the voltage problem I'm having. Above 14 psi. My voltage drops to 10.9 -11 so I'm gutting car tomorrow and rewire ****.

I wish I could find someone to tune Tec2, I would have this car brought to the Dino day. We've been beating around on it for years. No one wants to tune it. EIP had it at 488whp before the journal bearing turbo went out of balance... Not it has a GT4094R and no one to tune it

Good luck getting Kevin to tune for you he's not very easy to get to do work. I tried like 5 times to get him.to tun for me and he wouldn't

Come up to carliae pa inovative motoworks http://www.innovative-motorworks.com My tuner is real good John Kerr. Illl ask him if knows Tec 2. His price is awsome to. 300$ to tune on dyno. Hell take it as far as u want then after that its 200$ every time you get on the dyno to retune. All the street tuning he dosnt charge for. He's real far. And laid back.

The car is around Harrisburg PA so Carlisle would be a short trip. If he knows how to tune Tec2 I'm sure we'll have the car there. Hell, the cars been sitting for years cause no one can tune it. He's tried to get Kevin Black to do it but he said he wanted to put his system in to do it. When he was finally ready to drop the $$ on a new EMS he couldn't get ahold of him or Bill Schimmell.

Don't crank up the power for the Verdict Motorsports prize. Run it how you drive it every day - I am sure non of you turbo guys drive around with 400whp on regular basis

After the Verdict Motorsports competition, we'll crank up the boost and see who's got what.

OK I daily mine on 20 psi. So might be around 350 then.

I run about 22lbs.. certainly not daily but when it's driven it's about 73% duty.
