Whats up everybody! After seeing the Beaverton GTG's location change so often, I decided to make a Final beaverton GTG thread to help with any of the confusion -



Here is all of the Info for our weekly Beaverton GTG. The permanent Location is still up for discussion so please pass around any ideas. This event is a Fun, local car "Get Together" started to help provide a comfortable place to show off your car and hang out with fellow Auto enthusiasts.

-Every Tuesday Night starting around 8pm at the Tanasbourne "Old Chicago"

-Mostly Euro Cars, but all makes and models are welcome

-This is intended to be a family event, so please be Kind and Respectful!

-NO RACING, BURNOUTS, REVVING, or ANYTHING of that nature; We want to keep the business's and Families happy

-Have Fun and bring your Friends!

It looks pretty good!! I was going to ask you to hold off on a making a site until I could get a location locked down 100%, but I really like how you kept it "Beaverton" focused and not "old chicago" Ill have more pics for you to add to that site soon. Thanks for making it!

And Im sorry a couple of you guys missed out on us last time. Usually we all get there around 8 and stay for a couple hours aleast before walking in to grab a snack, but it got super cold so we went in early this time. Plus there wasnt a huge turnout because of V-day so this week should be back to normal again.

P.S. Would anybody be interested in having another GTG start up, possibly Friday or Saturday, located in Beaverton? I know alot of people always have to miss this one because of work, and the only other option is out in SE so please let me know if I should look into starting something

I was thinking about Red Robin the other day. Right on the other side of 185th.
There used to be a Bed Bath & Beyond or some stupid store over there, but I think it's still an emty and secluded lot for the time being.
Red Robin can be spendy and for all the over 21'ers "they make their drinks weak, weh" HOWEVER... it is Red Robin and the food is fantastic.


I wish Chipotle had a decent parking lot.......

^that parking lot came to my mind as well, the issue I see there though is its right on 185th, full view from the road. I would see us getting hassled by the police a lot considering we arent in the parking lot for the place we are customers of.

Its not just that red robin's drinks are weak, is that they are insanely priced... And food is even more than OC. we just need spring to come and people will start showing.

$3 car bombs in the bar its a great idea too. Maybe to warm us up before hanging out in the parking lot :-P
