to get in better shape, like others have said i hate cardio, i think the reasoning behind that is that in any sport i played running was always a punishment for something, not a reward. im trying to overcome that now though, i usually run a mile or so after my workouts and im working on increasing that as i get in better shape. ive also never really been in shape, always been overweight, great for winter, not so great for summer when lifeguarding is my job.
