Has anyone tried this program yet? I'm not sure I would have time now but this summer I should be able to do it. I've been lifting for years and have been thinking it wouldn't hurt to take a month off and do something like this. I play basketball every week and it seems like a program like Asylum would help out some

Have you done the full 2 months of regular insanity? I don't think this is something you can just get into without the prep (physical and mental) of 2 months of insanity, . One of the main emphasis of insanity (and any workout) is doing the moves with the correct form. If you got into the asylum without being able to do everything perfectly, you would probably get hurt. I'm in my second rotation of insanity and it never gets easier. I plan on trying the asylum after i finish this cycle of insanity.

No but I do a lot of the exercises already when training and coaching basketball.

If you already know the moves you should be fine. The important thing to remember is to take breaks when your form starts to suffer. Prepare to get results!

Lost 14 lbs from 6 weeks of regular insanity. No idea how much muscle gained yet but x-flow is right, doing the moves correctly is more important than keeping up with the video. Results will follow.

I don't know if I'd claim 1 years worth of results in 60 days but it really does work, along with a good dot. I have experienced excellent results after 7 weeks.

I lost 12 lbs in the two month program of Insanity as well! If you have any serious inquiries, I'm a beachbody coach and I can help answer any questions you have about the programs!

I started this week and I have to admit it's pretty difficult. I use the ladder when I coach basketball but I struggled with a lot of the exercises on the speed and agility workout that I did yesterday. I can definetly see where this program will help I just hope I can get these exercises down. I think I am going to do a few sets heavy lifts in the morning just to keep my strenght up but I'm taking a break from weight training for a while.

I lost 15 lbs in my first round (60 days too) and about 10 in my second round. I'm now on my third round and can't wait to see the results

I've also been told it would help to do a few rounds of Insanity before doing Asylum but of course, it's your choice. Either way I think you'll see great results if you stick with it

I've got a few weeks left in the first round and while I probably haven't lost much weight (diet has been horrible) I am getting in better shape. I think I'll get back to the weights and just add in a few sessions of speed and agility/vertical plyo to keep in shape while I get my strength back up. Next time I do it hopefully I'll be able to keep the diet in check.
