Not many people are aware that TSW actually makes some amazingly high quality Rotary Forged/Flow Formed VW wheels at a ridiculously affordable price!

Flow form casting is a production procedure that turns the wheel (or rim section) over a special mandrel and three hydraulic rollers using tremendous pressure. The pressure and turning then force the rim area to form against the mandrel, creating the shape and width of the rim. During flow forming, the rim actually "flows" down to create the full rim width. During flow forming, pressure applied to the cast rim actually changes its mechanical properties, so its strength and impact values become similar to those of a forged rim.

In the Hierarchy of wheel manufacturing processes it goes:
1. Cold Forging (DPE, HRE, iForged, etc; ~$1000+ per wheel)
2. Rotary Forging (BBS, Advan, Forgestar, Rays, TSW RF)
3. Low Pressure Cast (Avant Garde)
4. Gravity Cast (Most aftermarket wheels)

Its strange, I personally like the Interlagos more than the Nurburgring; but almost all my customers have been going with the Nurburgrings.
I've been really wanting to set someone up with the Interlagos but none of my customers have made the plunge yet.

We dont have the wheels here at our warehouse for test fitting, however I can get a set of these here within a day if ordered.

I would really love to get a set out there so I can get some photos!

What is the weight of the 19" nurburgings and what are their centerbores? Are they 57.1 or do they require rings?

The wheels are made with a 72/73mm CB, however hub rings will be provided with every order!
