Help!! 2009 cc epc check engine light on!

i need some help, my 2009 cc has been having several problems lately, when under heavy acceleration, the epc and the check engine light goes on, and there's a lack of power, after i turn off the car, then turn it back on, the epc light goes off, but the check engine light doesn't. i have tried everything, i took it to the vw dealer, and they told me that it was dirty injectors, so they cleaned them, the problem is still there, i need some help please this is driving me crazy, it has 20,000 miles on it. thank you very much ps. when they checked the codes, cylinder misfire on 1 and 3 came up.
