Without a plate beneath the strut tower it's only a matter of time before it starts yielding around those fastener holes.

lol someone even did a MS Paint, its almost like TCL in a sick Stanceworks way!

I drew up something is MS paint real quick to attemp to show you why your setup is dangerous, because apparently you don't understand.

At this point I don't think anyone is going to change your mind but we just want you to know that what you're doing is not safe so you can't complain if the system fails.

I find the bashing from users of a website named "stanceworks" funny. That's not the proper way to make your car an undriveable pos

    Thats totally safe!

Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a highway traffic cop. A normal speeder will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the cop heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow.

I've seen over the top mounted camber plates before.... but those were designed by people who were probably significantly better at engineering than this guy. That's a deadly wreck waiting to happen.

Honest question.... if you're trying to dump an econobox like this and you have no $$.... wouldn't you just cut the springs? Or does that not go low enough?

If I'm reading the thread right, and I do believe I'm trying my best, the OP said cutting the springs wasn't safe ... which is entirely expected given this as his solution.

that reminds me EXACTLY of the crap i used to see on 190revolution, the 190E fanboi site. i literally saw that exact same thing. on an MB. guy wanted to know if other people would be interested in him making kits! ghetto rigging for ghetto rigs. got to love how that guy waited until his civic had almost 300K miles before cobbling that clusterf%#@ together.

the word $t@nce should be banished from the entire car culture, starting with TCL. seriously, maybe if everyone just ignored it, it would just go away. if it has nothing to do with driving, it should have nothing to do with cars. i'd rather see 14 tv screens in a miata than a front wheel drive car with its rear suspension drooping out of its @$$.

this is why bosozoku is so frikkin choice. elegant even. it's like they anticipated all of this full on retard poseur crap and bypassed entire generations of ignorant trends, going directly over the edge of insanity. no one needs to explain when everyone's just funnin' on everyone.

these civic guys (and plenty of vw nowadays too, unfortunately) build stuff like that and then actually take themselves seriously.
