As hard as this is to do, I am selling my APR Stage 3 set up out of my TTS. All of the parts are compatible with the Golf .:R

It was a fantastic set up and good for 407hp at the crank which is pretty savage! So why am I selling it? I want to run methanol and the APR set up is not dialed for methanol, so I have a different plan now and a different direction I am headed. This set up has only seen 12,200 miles and none of it was track or abusive. I'll make pricing really easy. I am selling the below items at exactly half off of the retail price listed on the APR link below.

-APR 3" Divorced downpipe + midpipe for AWD (part# CD100024)

Serious buyers hit me back with a PM. Thanks for looking...

      Thanks again-
      Jason

Thanks for hanging onto my deposit for three weeks just to refund it and sell the kit to someone else. The least you could do was make it an instant refund just like you received an instant deposit from me but no not only did you have my money for three weeks you did an E Check and now I have to wait another week. Thank god I didn't wire him the funds in full initially like he had asked me to in the beginning. Will never do business with this guy in the future and would not suggest anyone else to do so either. This is not a trust worthy person. All he cares about his money and could careless about his word and clearly doesn't know the meaning of a gentlemans agreement.

I issued you a refund through Paypal exactly on the day that I accepted the CORRECT deposit I initially asked you for, from the real buyer. Its not my fault that Paypal sucks in reissuing funds. Its a common problem that many folks on here have had to deal with.

Now onto bashing my name. Thats taking things too far and your negativity is not appreciated by anyone here. You work for a huge tuner on the East Coast as an key member of its sales force. I'm being a gentleman and not mentioning who that company is, out of respect and an attempt to move past our failed dealings. You are in sales, sometimes deals don't work out. I gave you back you money because your list of contingencies was a giant PITA and was beyond overkill.

Obviously you are an obsessive dude who doesn't know when to quit. Contacting the actual buyer of this kit (who was smart enough to snatch the deal paid in full when he had the chance) and asking him to return it so you could re-purchase it is full blown creepy bro.

I am not going to engage in this negativity man. I sent you your money back and at this point its no harm no foul. So lets shake hands and move on.

If you wanted the kit, you shouldn't have played games. People don't have time to sit and wait on people like you giving the run around and what not with your list of stipulations. Again, if you really wanted the kit, you wouldn't have BS'd around in getting the funds. I, really wanted the kit. What did I do when I decided? I paid in full. This guy isn't a layaway, he's a person who just wanted to sell his kit. I can say that my experience with the seller has been great. He answered all my questions, and he's provided me with updates and information without me asking for it.

I back Jason on this situation. If you NEED money to take care of yourself and there some one else is throwing it at you there's nothing wrong with taking it. If he have you your money back that's that.. I see both sides too.. It's okay to be upset that you didn't get the deal but if you weren't willing to pay up right away how mad can you really be?? Jason is a super friendly and helpful guy who I've had the chance to meet and talk with with. He did not intend on ripping anyone off which seems obvious to me. Just because he broke a "gentleman's agreement" doesn't mean you should bash him publicly. If he took your money and gave you nothing then it would be a different story.

Pay to play, we are individuals not retailers, end of story

On to more important things...like selling your DD. What kind of gains can be expected from this? Is it a direct bolt on for the Golf R? mates directly up to our cat-back presumably? Not much info on the APR website to go off of.

Wow your statements couldnt be farther from the truth. First of all no one in their right mind would wire someone $3000 with out at least seeing the parts first.

The deal we had (which i have in writing from you) was that I was going to send you a deposit of $500 to reserve the parts for me and wire the rest once you sent pictures of the parts off the car and ready to be shipped and have the turbo tested at my expense. Over the next two weeks I was looking for another shop to test the turbo while you were taking your car supposedly to several shops trying to get the kit off their car and you had $500 of my money and promised that it would be off soon it would be off soon. Couple days later it will be off soon but the shop is busy. two weeks of this and I get an email here is your money back (via e check) a normal refund would have been instantly but I had to wait another week because he had already withdrawn the deposit out of his account and I need to sell it locally and do whats best for my family in these hard financial times yet this guy is planning for larger turbo or water meth and getting a Golf R. All you had to do was be a man and come to me with the truth and we could have worked something out.

You have burned this bridge Jason just like you did with some of the other vendor sponsors on this site.

      Best of luck.
