Just for the headlights at this point. We are waiting to hear back from the company for a dollar figure. This won't happen until they get their shipment in, which was supposed to be this week.

Just for fun while we are all waiting around for word from our supplier, here is a light read on a hybrid projector setup for the rallye lights.

    http://www.dubforce.net/forums/index...howtopic=10630

It would also be good to know other alternatives to getting lights/bulbs for these headlights for those of us that don't have a set. Post ideas/knowledge/links and such in here if you know of some.

    I want a set too !!

What's the price for the set ? only housings ?

I think that maybe if someone knows what's the company that made these Rallye headlights replicas or contact the factory, maybe we can get a better price for all us ?

I'm sure that Autostyle buy to a company these headlights.

    Regards

btw i have a set of the ones from Autostyle, they are glass but the mounting tabs are week.
I have sued the new glass from the cheap ones fitted to the housings from my originals.
Anyway autostyle does not have these lights available anymore and havent had for a while.
i will check and confirm they are getting stock in soon.

People need to learn to read. This is for a set of new housings and lenses. No core supports or grilles.

Just use a modified aeros core support and buy a badgeless aftermarket grille, to hold you over till an OEM grille pops up FS. Quadcammer did a write up on modifiying an aeros support.

    Hi guys,

I am from South Africa and also have a Jetta with Rallye lights. My car came with a spare set of these lights which I Intend to Joey mod.

I have found two NOS sets of Hella Rallye lights, problem is that they are quite pricey - Around $500-00 for a set. I am negotiating with the guy who has them, in the hope of getting a better price.

I will be going to Autostyle next weekend as they are around 60KM's away from me, can find out exactly when they are getting these treasures/preciouses/Holy grails

VWZA was the only country in the world that had these lights in a RHD VW..Easily the nicest lights to ever grace the front of a VW, but the light intensity isn't that great...

Nah, not the.nicest man, IMO...the quad round GTI front end is.king. On a Rallye Golf...yes, Rallye lenses.are mean as hell, as it flows better with the bubbled fenders. On a regular mk2 VW...it takes a lot to make.em.look at.home and even then...it looks.outta place. iMO.

Blitz...answer me this...is yours a CLI Executive? Seems to me that these were the only CLI's that got the Rallye.front end.

No, all 1991 - 1992 CLIs had these lights, regardless of them being 8v/16v or Executive/Non executive. My own car is a non executive and came with these from the factory.

ZA spec cars are fascinating, many variations from the Euro and American cars

If this group guy does go through, should we try to setup a group buy on the Mattig badgeless grilles too? Combined shipping to the US at least, then distributed from a central location
