I was pulling for the Asian golfers at the start, but stupid mistakes (and apparent blindness) did them in. At least it was an elimination leg -- no need to string them along for another chance to screw up.
The new family grill of the Taurus looked OK, but the rest of the car blew. I liked the little Ford utes, though.
I skipped the coming attractions. After 19 seasons, I have a general idea of what's coming up.

Man, not many likable teams, at least so far. And looks like huge muscles and tattoos must have been a requisite for applying this season![]()

Investigators and family of the former "Amazing Race" producer Jeff Rice, who was found dead in a Uganda hotel room last Friday, are waiting to learn more about what might have killed him -- a cocaine overdose or suspected poisoning -- from his assistant, who remains in critical condition in a Kampala hospital.
Rice's body was found at the luxury Serena hotel in the capital city of Kampala. His assistant, Katheryne Fuller, was found unconscious.

The guidos and Big Brother morons need to go now that the clowns are gone...
#7
Ok, where do I start?
Although I was hoping Misa & Maiya would do well, they just didn't get off to a good start with the balloons. That said, they still caught the flight, i.e. equalized, yet they still didn't excel. The lid in the coffin was really the "dash" to the pitstop. The look on Phil's face was priceless.
What's interesting is that the 2 teams who I'm rooting for didn't get much airtime: (1) Nary & Jamie the federal agents and (2) Elliot & Andrew the twin rockers. My least favourite team would probably be Brendon & Rachel the reality TV couple, but they obviously have them in there for the drama factor.

Good to see Rachel in meltdown mode so early in the race. She's just not good at math.
I like that the Federal agents are masquerading as school teachers with guns.

"Are we awesome?! Are we awesome?!"
After that cheer, no, no you're not.
To other racers: "Um, we're school teachers".
To the camera: "We're actually government agents."![]()

Watching the male clown struggle with the math was painful to watch. They definitely weren't physically as strong as the other teams. I'm still waiting for Team Big Brother to completely break down and fall apart. Total meltdown any time now!

Wishful thinking or I'm a precog... Honestly, when I posted I couldn't remember who was eleminated, so I guessed.![]()
The first team that was canned was so unremarkable I forgot about them and went for the next "best" candidate.
The Big Brother team needs to go...
I'm pulling for the Major/wife, the BP guys or the chick agents. My wife is pulling for the twins (we have twin boys).
Oh yeah - How hard is long division? I'm AWFUL at math (I was a poli sci major, taking one whole math class post high school) but I'm pretty sure I could have figured this one out.

BTW, if I was on this leg I would have kicked ol' Cokehead Cheater square in the balls. F- that guy.![]()

I watched the episode, but clearly I missed something.
Glad to see the clowns go. Watching him do math was truly sad.
I don't promote violence against women, but BB Rachel makes me want to punch her in the face, especially after that look she gave the camera after "crying" from the math challenge.![]()

Maybe Phil promised him a bag of coke, or a ham sandwich...
Good EP last night. Sorry to see the brothers go, but if they had just stuck with the challenge instead of taking the break they would have beat them. BB Rachel is still driving me nuts, but on mute I could watch her jumping up and down for a while.![]()

Well I gotta say, that was a challenging leg. I think the watermelon stacking challenge wouldn't have been so difficult if the teams approached it systematically like the border control guys, counting the quantity, making a grid, then pyramiding up sequentially as opposed to what looked like random piles of watermelon stacked on top of each other.
That bottle balancing challenge, though, sure looked tough. I've never balanced a full bottle on my head before but it definitely didn't look easy.

Maths, how the f*ck do they work? lol That watermelon thing was amazing. I love those two hicks, they are so versatile, lol Phil said he was fooled by the Maradona imitator initially as well.

Did anyone else think they should always have an attractive local lady next to Phil at every pitstop?

That toothless yokel had me in tears, lol. The Big Brother chick is full on mental.

Rachel goes to extremes just for the camera.
I think she wants her own reality show. God help us.

Does anyone really think Team Big Brother is actually going to stay together as a couple? He's a PhD student, she's a _____. Mmmmm, nope. Can't see it.
