Weird. I set the league to 10 teams max, but only sent invites for the 9 coming back. I don't know why it was giving the error. Oh well, I set it back to 12 so everyone can join now.

Which season? The season that I went undefeated and was in first place from wire-to-wire, then swept the playoffs?

I've come in 2nd three times... twice to your "empire". I'll never forget the first season and the ridiculous 2 week final. My team was still hung over from celebrating the victory Sunday night after the first week when I found out Monday morning.

I changed the draft from Wednesday to Monday, 3/19 at 8:45 EST. Also, unless we hear from Ruff we're only at 9 teams.

That day works for me. I'm moving all weekend and I should be nice and settled in by Monday. Well, settled in enough for a draft.

Hey I got a message from Beng last night. Sorry guys, I rarely go on vortex anymore so feel free to open up my spot to somebody that wants in. I'll still play if nobody signs up, but since I never come on here anymore I probably wouldn't add much to the thread.

I'm contemplating doing a league with some buddies from work anyway. Good luck everyone. And yes, I desperately miss having the time to come on here more often!

A buddy at work mentioned that you could do 9 teams and instead of bi-weeks, institute double-headers to keep the matchups going.

I can ask one friend of mine if he's interested.....will do so tomorrow and report back. I know he does other leagues, so will see if he's down for the Seinfeld-sanity.

I asked the guys in the Basketball league if they might be interested. We could always create a dummy team and let it auto draft.

Having a real manager is way better.

The autodraft would be alright, but we'd have to manage that team throughout the season. It'd be like someone having two teams.

If we have a rogue team, it should not be managed. Basically let it auto draft and then let it sit. It fills the slot to even the league up, which is all we are trying to achieve with this.
