need help with ROSS tech

hey guys i recnetly orderd an obd2 cable from ebay for my 2001 jetta 1.8t i installed VCDS lite and i tryed to run a test i get the error msg saying port does not exist INterface Not Found!

how can i fix that?

Buy the real Vag-Com from Ross-Tech. Why would you buy something off Flea-Bay and come here and ask why your Flea-Bay connector doesn't work ?????????????????

actully its working right now i just had to play around wth the settings on my computer
